Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear. If it’s not quite right, here’s how we make things easy:

Exchanges

  • Free exchanges within 15 days of your order date.

  • How it works: ship your item back to us (return postage not included), and we’ll ship your exchange out on us.

  • Timing: most exchanges finish in under 5 business days once your return is scanned in.

  • One-and-done: we allow one round of exchanges per order.

Returns

  • You may return items within 15 days of your order date for a refund to your original payment method.

Condition Check

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags/packaging if applicable).

  • If it’s been worn out or washed (even with your favorite socks), it’s not eligible.

Quality Guarantee (Defects)

  • We stand behind our craftsmanship. If something arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

  • Email pablo@pablobonilla.com with your name, Order ID, and a photo of the issue.

  • Normal wear-and-tear or damage from incorrect washing isn’t considered a defect.

Shipping & Delivery Notes

  • We provide tracking in your ship confirmation so you can follow your package.

  • Sometimes carriers mark packages “delivered” a bit early—they usually arrive within 2 business days after that scan.

  • We can’t be responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If it’s still missing after 2 business days, email pablo@pablobonilla.com and we’ll help investigate.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email pablo@pablobonilla.com with your Order ID and whether you’d like a return or exchange (include the new size/style if exchanging).

  2. We’ll reply with simple next steps and the return address.

  3. Pop it in the mail—once it’s on the way, we’ll queue your refund or ship your exchange.
